We are seeking an intelligent, pleasant, responsible and ambitious individual to fill a full-time position for an Administrative Assistant.
This position will serve to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Real Estate company as well as helping run the basic office needs.
Responsibilities and Duties The main responsibilities of the candidate will be:
Paying Bills Multiple-Accounts Management Data Entry Occasional Basic Bookkeeping Qualifications and Skills The ideal candidate must have:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy is a must Excellent written and verbal communication skills Teachable spirit who works well independently and under instruction Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities Ability to think outside the box Pleasant and professional conduct Proficiency with MS Office, and internet-based programs Spanish speaking is highly preferred We're looking to hire immediately.
