The Pavilion at Queens is a 302-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Flushing, Queens.
Our mission is to provide the highest level of care for each of our residents.
Currently, we are searching for a PART TIME Admissions Assistant.
Partial list of duties:
1.
Greets new admissions and explains Pavilion's services.
2.
Completes admission agreement and new admission paperwork with resident and/or representative in a timely fashion.
3.
Assists in resolving any issues that a new admission may have with Pavilion or services provided at Pavilion.
4.
Processing new admissions.
5.
Coordinate with various insurance companies and hospitals regarding prospective admissions.
Skills/abilities:
1.
Must be compassionate toward residents and their representatives.
2.
Must be organized and be able to accomplish tasks with very little oversight.
3.
Must be able to promote Pavilion in a positive manner.
4.
Must be willing to address problems immediately in a manner that respects the resident and Pavilion staff.
5.
Must be able to speak clearly and write legibly.
6.
Must be able to explain Pavilion services and help new admissions settle into life at Pavilion.
7.
Must be available for THREE DAYS a week.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
