This role involves assisting with various plumbing tasks, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure our properties meet high standards of safety and functionality.
Responsibilities:
Work closely to assist experienced plumbers to perform repairs Assist in the installation and maintenance of plumbing fixtures, pipes, and appliances.
Conduct inspections to identify plumbing issues, troubleshoot problems, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Work collaboratively with other maintenance team members to ensure efficient and effective property management operations.
Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and supervisors to coordinate work schedules, report progress, and address any concerns or issues.
Follow all safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations while performing plumbing tasks.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in plumbing or related field is preferred.
Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures and tools.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions from a plumber.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
