This is a on-site, day shift position.
Qualifcations:
High School Diploma or Equilvalent Two year Associate Degree with major in business or human resources preferred One year experience in Human Resources related field preferred One year experience in long term care field preferred Excellent writing, communication skills and computer knowledge including excel, word, outlook.

Summary:
HR Coordinator responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and maintaining staffing levels for each department in compliance with facility policy, state and federal guidelines and maintain and keep all employee files up to date with licenses and annual paperwork.
HR Coordinator will act as a liaison for building staff to corporate Human Resources.
You will assist with leave requests and paperwork for all staff.
As part of the Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Administrator to include typing, filing and coordination of manuals and reports.
The work involves specific projects, with frequent contact with the professional and administrative staff.
As HR Coordinator you will be duly trained to assist with staffing and payroll in the event that Staffing Coordinator is unavailable.
