Our Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Administrator and Director of Human Resources.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing support administrative assistance to the facility.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Provide administrative assistance to the Administrator Provide support to the Human Resources department Accept and perform temporary or long-term assignments within the facility as assigned by administrator Consult with department directors concerning the operation of their departments to assist in eliminating/correcting problem areas, and/or improvement of services.
Report such findings/solutions to the Administrator.
Scan and file consultation reports.
Maintain adequate office supplies in accordance with facility needs Copy and distribute medical records in accordance with facility policy Report any known or suspected unauthorized attempt to access facility's information system.
Assist with Staffing as needed Manage and maintain facility's Inservice software Assume other responsibilities as assigned by Administrator We offer competitive salary and a generous benefits package that includes:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
