The position of an SVA requires extensive travel.
As an SVA you will be responsible for inspecting, evaluating, and reporting on store operating conditions in various markets.
You will report on store cleanliness, safety in the workplace, employee/customer engagement, equipment and facilities maintenance issues, and other aspects of HR compliance.

Essential Job Functions:
Conduct thorough inspections of laundromat stores to assess compliance with safety regulations, company standards and policies.
Evaluate the overall cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of each store.
Inspect equipment, including washers, dryers, vending machines, value transfer machines (VTM), and other laundry-related appliances to ensure proper functionality.
Assess and report any maintenance or emergency repair needs to the management team promptly.
Verify the accuracy and clarity of informative signage, pricing details and promotional material displayed within the stores.
Uphold the company's commitment to customer satisfaction by observing employee attentiveness to customers' needs.
Report on any unusual activities occurring outside of company norms.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role, such as working in a laundromat or a related industry, is preferred.
Familiarity with the laundry industry, including operations, safety protocols, and best practices, or, in a similar field.
Understanding of different types of laundry equipment and their maintenance is preferred.
Strong observational skills to identify possible issues or areas that require improvement.
Ability to notice even minor defects or inconsistencies in equipment or operations.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment such as (Boilers, HVAC, Lighting Timers, water discharge drains and interceptor sinks) used in laundromat stores.
Proficiency in using tools and instruments to perform inspections and assessments such as Drones.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate findings to management and staff.
Must own a reliable car and willing to travel throughout the month to stores located in multiple states.
Company will provide travel reimbursement Job Type:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
