Job Title- RN - Adult Care Location- Queens, NY- 10004 Shift- 9:
00 AM 5:
00 PM Duration- 13 weeks Pay Rate:
$75/Hour - $80/hour
Responsibilities:
Two years of previous acute care experience in MedSurg, Maternal and child care, Critical Care, Pediatrics.
Current Adult Care home health experience.
Monitoring patient's condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible care and advice Observing and interpreting patient's symptoms and communicating them to physicians Collaborating with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports Education:
Required:
New York State RN License, Primary Source Verification, AHA BLS.
RN, Long Term Care, ASSISTED LIVING HOME, CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH Recommended Skills Assisted Living Child Care Communication Critical Care Long Term Care Pediatrics Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
