Responsibilities:
- Calculate and collect Excess Luggage Fees - Process promotional upgrades - Issue and reissue tickets - Prepare Sales Reports - Provide other related passenger services.
CAPABILITIES - Positive attitude and good personal interaction skills - Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and patiently - Able to deliver work quickly and accurately under time pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a time sensitive environment
Qualifications:
- College level degree or equivalent in experience - Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus - Good communication skills - verbal and written - Be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays - Must be a documented U.
