A college degree is not necessary, we will train the right individual! In addition to your hourly wage, you are eleigible for our generous commissions on sales and upgrades! Job Purpose:
You will be responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance, and calibration of all equipment in our program.
You will maintain a territory of great customers and work independently as well as work with a team of technicians to service the needs of all customers.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Responsible for trouble-shooting equipment and analyzing appropriate documents to determine the cause of equipment trouble and malfunctions in major test equipment and test procedures.
Perform maintenance of instruments and equipment.
Completes necessary paperwork and assists in the completion of records, reports, and other test documents.
Responsible for the accuracy of inventory in his/her possession.
Provides training to customer base on the proper operation and maintenance of motor vehicle inspection equipment.
Responsible for preventive maintenance on assigned company vehicle.
Requirements:
PC diagnostic capabilities, including knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Ability to measure AC & DC voltages, measure current, and check ohms with the digital multimeter.
Ability to read schematic drawings.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service skills.
Working knowledge of standard business practices.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Basic computer data entry skills.
Ability to lift moderate to heavy items required.
