Job Description:
As a General Manager your responsibilities would include overseeing the overall performance of your restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service are being met and exceeded in both the Front of House and Back of House.
As the General Manager it will be up to you to lead by example, showing enthusiasm while you motivate and inspire your team.
Recognizing your team members are also eager to develop in their own careers and mentoring their skills and growth is an important leadership role.
Our Management Team must be able to accomplish all administrative duties while being present on the restaurant floor.
Strong understanding of P&L with ability to control costs throughout the entire building.
