Responsibilities:
Assigning/scheduling Home Health Aides to provide services to patients.
Coordinates HHA/PCA services.
Manages systems database and documentation.
Coordination and management of client schedules with client preferred home health aides Be primary contact with clients and caregivers to develop meaningful rapport and ensure that daily client needs are met Share On Call responsibilities Requirements:
Coordination Experience (Will train right candidate) Microsoft Office Experience Required HHA Exchange sofware Knowledge Required Language:
