No role is too small or unimportant.
The first contact a parent has is with the phone staff.
Extensive training is given for this position to insure that appointments are properly scheduled.
Additionally, all of our phone staff are cross trained to perform other office functions.
Applicants must be:
Detail Oriented Computer savvy Reliable and able to work full time Flexible, and Have good communication skills- both verbal and written Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
Must have some college education.
