We are looking for Direct Support Professional to provide the following services in the home of the assigned case.
Cases are located on all five boroughs of New York City.
Bilingual Preferred.
Community Habilitation Services (CHS) is provided to Individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
The purpose of CHS is to provide integration with the community, training in money management skills, independent living, socialization, etc.
CHS assists individuals in acquiring, retaining, improving adaptive skills and self-help skills to reside in-home and community-based settings.

38 an hour Our In-Home Respite service provides a release for the Caregiver while our Professional Respite Staff engages the individual in productive activities, which will enhance skills building needed for independent living.

86 Schedule Varies Monday-Friday 2pm-11pm Monday-Friday 6am-8pm Saturday-Sunday 9am-7pm No High School Diploma required.
